What items do I need for a nursery (please see below)?

I am going to sew items for a nursery, but there are so many different patterns I am confused as to what all I need. Here are some of the pattern choices I am coming across, any reccomendations would be great...thanks!

Quilt, Crib Bumper, Pillowcase, Toy Bag, Diaper Bag, Bib Vest, Wall Hanging, Crib Toys, Dust Ruffle, Bib, Diaper Stacker, Elasticized Sheet, Glider Chair Pads, Quilted Changing Pad, Seat Cover For Infant Carrier, Crib Caddy,

Any and all of those things are great. You are the person who will care the most. But when it come to what you absolutely need you will be surprised how few items you will actually use. My can't live without them baby items were a portable changing pad as I often ended up changing the babys diaper on the floor in various rooms in my house or on my bed instead of walking all the way to the nursery. I actually didn't use the change table alot. I had a moses basket with handles which I loved. The baby could snooze and I could watch. A vibrating bouncy chair for when the baby is kind of fussy. Swaddling blankets. Lots of sleepers. A nursing pillow. A baby bath tub which fits in the kitchen sink and had a plug which could be pulled to empty. For the first few days after the baby comes home have some rubbing alcohol for the belly button, lots of diapers, lots of gauze and vaseline for boys who are circumcised. Good luck and enjoy that baby.
