Help freehand embroidery? Fold edges?
I am a lighthouse embroidered freehanding my mother for Christmas, and I am having some difficulties. I am not using an embroidery ring, because I do not, there are some creases on the edges, especially on one side. One side is much worse, where the fabric will slghtly on himself. I do not know what to do. I tried it again, but get rid doensn't large wrinkles. Would it cut and sew this on another piece of fabric Look ok? I do not know what to do. Please help.
Are you do tapestry on the thin fabric regularly? You really need an embroidery hoop for it. You can do Cross Stitch on Aida cloth or fabric flax without a hoop if you are careful not to pull too tight. Pull the mesh is too tight causing the wrinkling.
