Why can't I use my baby lock embroidery card?
After finally getting what I wanted on the card, I put it in my machine, and it says "this card cannot be used" what should I do? please help, it's very urgent. Thank you.
You have to be sure your card is compatible with the model BL that you are using.
Review the information that came with the reader box and card to see if it is suppose to work with your model BL.
Are the designs within the size of the hoop? If you have a 4 x 4 hoop and the designs are larger, they will not open.
Contact the vendor if the information indicates the software is for your model BL and your designs are within the size of the hoop.
I had a card for my Brother EM (same format as BL) but it would not work in my BL Ellegante.
