A noun is the name of anything like house...lake...ocean.
Nouns are made plural by putting 's' on the end.
one house...two houses
one lake ...twenty lakes.

Debbie is doing something.
She thinks.
If there were four other people, it would be
They think.
She digs.
But ....
They dig.
