Can someone tell me how to make that cute bubble thing with my bangs?

Like that raised hair at the front on top. I really really like that, but can never get it to work for me. Any advice would be really great, thanks!

idk if this is what you mean but im guessing it is...take a section of hair from the front like a square section... lift it straight up, spray it with aerosol type hairspray, tease it very well, blow dry where it's wet, then comb the very feew strands in the front of it to make it look smoothe and then push it forward a little and then pin it. i do it all the time. as you can see in my pics. but when you smoothing out the front of it, dont comb out the teased part. it ll make it go flat.
