I want to make bread as christmas gifts, but?

all the recipes I find say to remove the bread from the loaf pan and set to cool.
I'd prefer to keep it in the aluminum trays...I just saw some that were Christmas designs.
Is this possible to leave them in the pans to cool??

mini loaves are the same recipes for large loaves. just fill 2/3 full
You can go ahead and freeze in your mini aluminum pans. Easier to re-heat for the person your giving it too.

BANANA CREAM CHEESE PECAN LOAF
Ingredients

* 1 PKG. CREAM CHEESE
* 1/2 TSP. BAKING SODA
* 1 CUP GRANULATED SUGAR
* 1/2 TO 1 CUP CHOPPED PECANS
* 1 STICK BUTTER ( ROOM TEMP)
* 1 CUP MASHED VERY RIPE BANANAS( ABOUT 3)
* 1 1/2 TSP. VANILLA EXTRACT
* 2 EGGS
* 2 1/4 CUP FLOUR
* 1 1/2 TSP. BAKING POWDER

Directions

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.

Cream together softened cream cheese, sugar and butter, blending well. Blend in mashed bananas, vanilla extract and eggs.

Combine dry ingredients and add slowly, to banana mixture, mixing just until moistened. Fold in nuts. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.

Notes:
I love this moist and easy bread, it's very good as toast with peanut butter too! My kid's now, always leave at least 3 bananas so I have to make it.

LIBBY'S PUMPKIN NUT BREAD

2 c. flour, sifted
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. soft butter
1 c. nuts, chopped

Sift dry ingredients together. Combine pumpkin, sugar, milk and eggs in mixing bowl and beat. Add dry ingredients and soft butter. Beat until well mixed then add nuts. Bake in well greased loaf pan for 45 to 55 minutes in 350 degree oven.

Heavenly Zucchini Bread
3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups grated zucchini
1 Tbs vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon

Beat the eggs well with the sugar then add the oil, zucchini, and vanilla and blend. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix. Pour into two greased loaf pans and bake 1 hour at 325 F.

EDIT baking time will indeed be cut, just check after 20 - 30 minutes and gauge from there
