I'm trying to find a pattern/instructions from an embroidery sampler kit...?

Here's a pic of the sampler as far as I've gotten. It's the first one I've done, and seeing as I do actually want to finish it, but haven't been able to find the instructions/pattern that came with the kit... Well... I can't. 
Can someone please help me find the pattern or instructions for this piece?
It MIGHT be a piece by Dimension. My mother bought it before I was born, so it's over 22 years old.
Oh, and I almost forgot. There is information on the fabric. It is a piece by Dimensions, Inc. "#3047 Dimensions, inc. ("c) 1984
The photo is what I've done so far, and except for the fabric, i no longer have any of the pieces of the kit. I can't seem to find the instructions I had anywhere.
When I lost a colour of thread from a Dimensions kit I emailed them my address the name of the kit and the name of the colour and they mailed me more for free. Some companies will do this and Dimensions seems to be good about it so it is likely they would send you another copy of the instructions if they still have it. Send them the #3047 and year.
