How do you set up a web site? my sister makes fantastic hand crafted cards and wants to set up a web page?

she wants to set it up to possibly make a small business out of it so would need to include photos of stock , order form etc and way of recieving payment...all the usual stuff on an internet shop!

has she tried etsy.com? I've bought a couple of handcrafted items from there. I think its quite easy to set up
