i have a kenmore 19010 embroidery machine....?

...want to download designs to my macintosh. having trouble
when i download it always says wrong format. i know ikenmore is sew or jef. that's what i plug in but no success. anyone know what i need to do

At this point it has nothing to do with the zipped files.

Although design files are usually zipped and cannot be read by the embroidery machine until they are unzipped.

Machine embroidery software only works with Windows.

Another option is to purchase a Windows program and then use Boot Camp to access it via Mac.
