- (Can I also winter sow the seeds of Four O'Clock?)

I live in Arlington, TX, which is in hardiness zone 8a.
I am also keeping this seed starting kit indoor because I am worried that a frost would kill them.

Am I doing the things right at the right moment and in the right place?

I also sowed Columbine, but I left the seeds outside because I am pretty sure they need to be in the cold to germinate (I covered the flat with a plastic dome). However, I would like to know if I did this one right as well.

The instructions on these seed packets said it may take up to 21 days to germinate.
