How do you make you own icon?

I was if anyone could give me a free sight where u can make ur own icons like the ones u see on photobucket and u can make them say whatever u want
or if u would like to make me some that would be awesome
if u could i would love it anything having to do with tokio hotel would be awesome!!

guessing buttons by:

for buttons don't put the text inside the image otherwise the text size cannot be adjusted. instead use an anchor link with css background image. This means you can also use the same image/ images behind every "button" reducing images and download time of your web page content.

The most optimized standard would be to use a 1 pixel thick gradient image with the css property background-repeat:repeat-x; with a css border.
