can someone tell me why my roses only bloom every other year?

they used to bloom every year but the last couple of years they only bloomed once or not at all

Mine only bloomed with a few blossums, then nothing most of the summer, I love roses but they are trouble, I have a small Bush, it blooms all the time, think I will get more. I use lots of Mircle grow and water, thats all I knwo to do.
