What is the size of the smaller font I should go for a tattoo?

I do not want anything. Just my grandmothers initials on my arm and the smallest size possible. She is 85 and has plenty of its own tattoos and they are always beautiful but it is the old green tattoos with designs (Not sure if anyone knows what I mean).
