I want to buy a new Sewing Machine and need advice. I'ma novice, this is my first machine ...?
... I want to sew normal repair of hems, cuffs, Tore jeans, and learn quilting and embroidery. I was looking for Pfaff, Bernina And Janome. Depending on your experience, what machine do you suggest I get? Or what I need to watch or pay attention to while choosing a machine Sewing? I really want something that can grow with me as I learn more skills. Thank you!
My first machine was a machine sewing very old Hilton that I bought used. You've probably never heard of this brand because it is so old the company has then transformed into the White Sewing Machine Company. It is very difficult to find a home sewing machine that can handle hemming jeans, since you must go through eight layers of cloth to do in flat felled seams going down the side (4 layers in this vein, as you drive down twice for a flawless finish, is actually more than eight layers). My machine is a fantasy Viking Huskavarna, but runs more than $ 1,000. As a beginner, I'd go with a singer. Parts and accessories are regularly available everywhere, as is the service. Make sure you buy one with an automatic buttonhole function. Those with a role in multi-stage are not that Nice one hole. You should be able to find a good basic machine for under $ 200
