Laser Tag Multiplayer Battle System gun won't work?

I bought them from Toys 'r' us a month ago. They worked fine but now one of the guns won't work right. I turn it on and when I pull the trigger it takes five to ten seconds to fire. I even put fresh batteries in it. Help plz!

It sounds like the gun could be defected. On the other hand, you could have dropped it. Call the company and they will help.
