I just impulsively bought a new car but now I want to sell it.?

I put $7,000.00 down and now have a coupon book with monthly payments, no interest. I would like to get my money back and legally transfer the payment booklet over along with the title and of course, the car, to someone who needs a car but doesn't have the best credit and can't get one on their own. I'm sure this can be done but not sure how to go about it. I guess, contact an attorney.

You aren't going to get your $7,000 back from the lender. This isn't Wal-mart and you aren't buying a shirt.

In order to sell the car, you need to somehow pay off the outstanding loan you have with the lender.
You could call the lender, explain the situation and have the person who wants to buy the car apply for financing with your lender, but if they are not approved, then it won't help you. Plus, even if they are approved, you won't get your money back.
Your approval was based on that down payment and there is no right to rescind a contract on vehicles.

You could sell it privatelyor to a place like Carmax and work out a title transfer with your lender to get out of the loan since you put a big down payment on it.
However, because new cars depreciate so quickly, in any instance, you will never get all of your $7K down payment back.
