How to transfer my data in excel sheet to Database?
I'm having all the data in excel sheet, I want to move it to Database. I'm thinkin of doing it through Javascript. What are all the problems in doin that.. if I can do, pls post some sample codes.
If your database software is Microsoft Access, you should be able to copy your spreadsheet into it.
1. It works best if you have header rows in place in your spreadsheet.
2. Highlight your cells.
3. Open MS Access and make sure your in the Tables view.
4. Paste your spreadsheet. MS Access will create the table based on your spreadsheet.
5. From there, you can now go into Design view of your newly created table and edit Field Names, Data Types (numeric, text, date/time), Field Length, etc.
