how to keep a puppy from getting your tree ornaments?

we got a morkie dog this october, and this will be our first christmas with him. he is a very hyper ,spoiled,mean puppy.how can i keep him from getting the ornaments from our tree,plus my dad is getting real mad that he is peeing every where i think he will bust if the puppy gets a hold of the tree and stuff.(if it helps any its a fake tree!) thanks!

It is time for you all to start housebreaking this puppy. This puppy should also be in puppy socialization classes. If it is mean, it is because it is not being trained properly. If you do not start taking care of the situation, this puppy will likely end up in a shelter and/or euthanized. People who don't have the common sense to learn what is involved in having a pet are one of the biggest reasons for dogs going to shelters.

Edit: You also need to be careful of the lights. I saw many dogs and a few cats that ate the mini bulbs. You will want to have canned asparagus on hand. The cheapest generic kind. The stringy fibers in the asparagus will bind around the glass and help cushion it from cutting the gut to shreds. Make puppy eat it. I would recommend buying a couple of cans to have just in case.
