emergency clothing! plee HELP!?

handwashing was a new yellow skirt (like a good girl) and told myself that I put my jacket with turquoise it (do not know why I thought it was a good idea) the skirt is 100% cotton .. I took the tag off the film, but I'm thinkin its rayon .. acrylic .. something like that. color film bled on my new skirt .. Yellow is a very dynamic and I want it to continue .. there is nothing to save my skirt over bleach??

Calm down! The only way to get rid of it is to use bleach. NO ORDINARY bleach it turns white, but other types of bleach does not remove the color.
