How can I improve my photography?

I enjoy taking vintage-looking and creative photography but I'm curious if anyone with photography background/experience could give some input as to where I can improve. Up to this point I have just been doing my own thing and winging it basically.

I looked at the first page and almost stopped - then looked at 2nd page and did stop.

two very easy ways you can improve your work by about 1000 pct are
1. learn about exposure - every picture on the 1st two pages are badly exposed
2. learn about posing for people and composition in general.

Once you have learnt those two basic things you will see a vast improvement straight away and then you can start working on the many other things which make a good photographer.
